Job Description

1)？？？ Project Management Process

-？？？？？？？ PM process establishment and maintenance incl. and not limit to the PM methods of agile(Scrum) or plan-driven (Waterfall)

-？？？？？？？ Monitor project documents. (attend project review meeting, approval eSignature)

-？？？？？？？ Conduct internal project management audit

2)？？？ Project Management Performance Monitoring

-？？？？？？？ Management Reserve (MR) process establishment and maintenance

-？？？？？？？ Attend MR review meeting, approval eSignature

3)？？？ Project Management Competence

a.？？？？ Define PM competence matrix, curriculum, gap analysis and development plan

b.？？？？ Perform training to internal colleagues

c.？？？？ Establish performance evaluation mechanism on shared engineering

4)？？？ Project Scheduler

a.？？？？ Plan the whole project resource together with CTG and project manager

b.？？？？ Overall coordinate and release the resource to the respective projects

c.？？？？ Coordinate and prepare steering meeting in case of conflicts.

5)？？？ Driving Business Excellence

-？？？？？？？ Enable the organization regarding business strategy development with facilitation models e.g. business canvas, Bosch Strategy Development etc.

-？？？？？？？ Support as Scrum Master for projects which apply for agile methodology

-？？？？？？？ Lean Management for continuous optimization

Qualifications

·？？？？？？ Working experience in Project Management and business development facilitation professionalism on agile and lean concepts and methods

·？？？？？？ Knowledge with human resource management e.g. competence and performance management as a plus

·？？？？？？ Fluent in bilingual (Chinese & English, both written & oral)

·？？？？？？ Good teamwork, organizational skills and ability to work with multiple deadlines

·？？？？？？ Maturity, excellent interpersonal skills
