Job Description

？？？？？？？ Create outstanding AI solutions for current and future Bosch businesses.

·？？？？？？？ Bring latest Artificial Intelligence techniques including, but not limited to deep learning, reinforcement learning and mathematical optimization, to the state of art applications in industry 4.0, product design, autonomous driving, smart logistics and etc.

·？？？？？？？ Challenge the current assumptions and understand customer needs to create true innovations.

·？？？？？？？ Build and implement early prototypes.

·？？？？？？？ Cooperate with our Bosch business units.

·？？？？？？？ Cooperate with our internal and external R&D teams to turn knowledge into tangible success.

Qualifications

·？？？？？？？？？ M.S. or Ph.D. degree (preferred) in Mathematics, Physics, Computer Science, Statistics, Operations Research, Engineering or related quantitative technical fields

·？？？？？？？？？ ML direction: Broad knowledge in machine learning (LR, SVM, Random Forest and etc) and deep learning (CNN, RNN, GAN, VAE and etc). Practical experience with state of the art deep learning frameworks. Publications in top ML conferences will be a plus.

·？？？？？？？？？ Optimization direction: Broad knowledge in various optimization areas (LP, MILP, Dynamic Programming, Bayesian Optimization and etc) and hands on experience in commercial solvers (Gurobi, CPLEX, BARON and etc). Practical experience in decomposition approaches and meta-heuristics. Practical experience in reinforcement learning will be a good plus. Publications in top OR/OM journal will be a plus.？？

·？？？？？？？？？ Excellent programming skills in any language of Python, Java, C++, Matlab or R

·？？？？？？？？？ Positive technology and customer intuition

·？？？？？？？？？ Willingness to roll up the sleeves to overcome existing and upcoming road blocks

·？？？？？？ 硕士及以上学历（博士优先），数学、物理，计算机科学、统计、运筹学和工程专业优先

·？？？？？？ 机器学习方向：熟悉传统的机器学习算法（如逻辑回归，支持向量机，随机森林等）及当前流行的深度学习框架（卷积神经网络，循环神经网络，生成对抗网络，变分自编码器等），有实战使用当前流行深度学习框架经验。有***会议发表文章者优先。

·？？？？？？ 运筹优化方向：熟悉常见的数学优化领域（如线性规划，混合线性整数规划，动态规划，贝叶斯优化等）及常见商业解题器（如Gurobi, CPLEX, BARON等），有实战使用分解算法及启发式算法经验。有***期刊发表文章者优先。

·？？？？？？ 良好的编程技能和动手能力，熟悉至少一种主流编程语言如Python、Java、C++、Matlab、R等

·？？？？？？ 良好的数学建模思维，以及良好的分析问题和解决问题能力
