SPECIFIC RESPONSIBILITIES

• Responsible for the management of design and testing for related mechanical kitchen appliance products, and make technical solutions/proposals in a multi-discipline team environment to meet manufacturing /engineering/marketing/ID design and customer objectives as specified.

负责电器产品设计和测试的管理工作。根据客户市场期望，工业造型设计来进行相关具体结构设计以满足制造，工程等各方面的需求。

• Lead engineering team work with Project multi-function team to ensure product production and launch within the defined time frame;

领导工程部项目工程师，和项目等部门团队共同合作来确保产品按时投入生产。

• To ensure all mechanical kitchen appliance products applications and technical proposal are done using all provided guidelines/checking tools, specs, lessons learned, benchmarking, manufacturing inputs etc. Lead and do prepare all necessary documentations and files like the application proposal, performance specifications.

确保所有相关电器产品的结构设计满足科勒及国家相关产品标准，要求等。并领导和准备所有的相关文件，包括且不只包括图纸、数模、标准、规范、测试要求、计划等。

• Manage Project development of business and product specifications, advise on feasibility and cost analysis; analyze and apply market / regulatory requirements to product specifications;

管理项目团队开发各过程，提供可行性分析报告和价格预估等信息，应用各类新技术，新规范与产品设计开发过程中。

• Support related functions in component/product sourcing and qualification process, provide technical trainings from time to time, translate marketing language into engineering terms, provide team with corresponding supplier choosing list and quotation reference , perform as a consultant to help qualify potential suppliers;

支持公司内其他各部门的工作，包括但不限于如零件、产品的采购和审核认可流程等，提供必要的技术培训、解释给相关部门人员，将市场语言转换为工程技术要求，协助相关部门进行相关供货商的选择，报价等工作，譬如协助进行潜在供货商能力审核等工作。

EDUCATION AND EXPERIENCE REQUIREMENTS

• Good communication skills and team work,

  具有良好的团队精神和沟通能力；

• Who have similar project design responsible experience, Can lead the project as necessary;

  有类似项目产品设计开发的管理经验。

• Knowledge of issue analysis and problem resolve ways;

  有问题分析和问题解决的能力，知道相应的基本方法。

• Knowledge of design tools – such as Pro-E, Autocad;

  了解各类设计软件 – 包括PRO-E，和AUTOCAD；

• Bachelor’s degree in related mechanical design engineering discipline.

  要求相关机械工程设计/电器专业，学士学位。

• At least 8+ years similar work experience in management of mechanical products design;

  要求8年以上类似机械产品设计管理的工作经验。

• Proficiency in English

  英语要求能熟练看懂各类国外规范，能和国外工程师进行书面、口头的交流沟通。
