招聘职位: Product Manager-OTC(零售产品经理)

LocationShanghai

Report to: Marketing Manager

Number of Subordinates: none

The Primary Function:

Support the execution and achievement of overall performance of assigned brands, which includes the development of medical content, execution of OTC marketing projects and communication in professional manners with team members.

To assist in the development of annual marketing plan for different brand positioning and channel, co-ordinate successful implementation and grow the long term sales, profit and market share position for assigned products

Major Responsibilities:

  1. Provide medical content leadership and help facilitate team to understand therapeutic areas and opportunities for ADC existing and new products by conducting medical and product training for sales force
  2. Lead marketing project and appropriately interpret and apply clinical data, therapeutic knowledge and current healthcare practice into medical strategy
  3. Works with Creative, Digital and Account teams to turn medical insights and strategy into innovative creative and education campaigns for Dealer, Patients
  4. Explore medical content and strategy to help overcome obstacles and /or realize opportunities
  5. Develop annual medical marketing and education plan which is aligned with marketing strategies and plan
  6. Act as communication bridge between ADC and KA on medical strategy and professional communication
  7. Act as medical and product consultant to sales and marketing team

Minimum Education and Experience Required:

  1. Bachelor degree and above
  2. 5 years' working experience in OTC, former experience on diabetes care/insulin will be a plus
  3. Experience in brand marketing experience in MNC
