岗位职责：

1.主持物业部的日常经营管理，全面负责人员财产安全和员工培训工作，组织实施公司总部决议，完成各项工作目标，并将实施情况向公司总部报告。

2.制定并组织实施物业部年度经营管理计划和财务方案及落实，并监督各部门执行。

3.按照公司总部决议的要求，拟定设置、调整或撤销内部管理机构的具体方案。

4.经公司总部审批同意，并依照有关规章制度决定对员工的奖惩、升级、加薪、辞退。

5.按照总部相关规定的相关权限，对物业员工的加班、请假、调休假事进行最终确认。

6.参加总部各类会议，落实会议精神，组织召开本部门的各种会议。

7.贯彻执行公司总部相关规章制度，使物业各专业部门的执行情况达到要求。

8.负责物业部各专业工作流程及标准的制定和完善。

9.严格贯彻执行物业部的各项操作程序，监督、检查各部门工作及服务质量、标准完成情况。

10.对服务中发现的问题及时监督整改并落实。

11.负责物业部重大突发事件和紧急事件的组织处理。

12.在职责范围内对外代表物业处理各项业务。

13.完成公司总部交办的其他工作。

任职要求：

1.大学专科及以上，物业管理相关专业。

2.有8年以上物业工作经验，3年以上同岗位工作经验。

3.受过管理学、法律法规等方面的培训。

4.良好的分析、规划、组织能力。

5.能在压力下开展工作并承担相应责任。

6.熟练运用办公软件。

7.情绪管理能力、沟通协调能力、抗压能力、专业研判能力。

GEEO Automotive is an international automotive engineering services company which provides vehicle engineering, show car design and build, and prototype fabrication services to automotive OEM and Tier supplier companies.
    The company provides a broad range of vehicle engineering services with the emphasis in the entire process of vehicle design and development, engineering and certification support for the exportation of domestic passenger cars to Europe and the United States, prototypes and show car manufacturing.
