Synopsis:
As a City Sales Manager at EF Academy you will be responsible for sales/student recruitment/ in designated cities in China. We are a fast-growing product and even though you start working with a small team in the area, we believe you will be able to help grow regional sales at high pace and therefore build up your own team that will help you to achieve great results.

The role:

City Sales Manager plays one of the key roles in EF Academy product management team in South. Apart from daily sales responsibilities, we expect City Sales Manager to contribute to development and maintain strong relations with existing internal and external partners across South China.

                                              
You will:

 

• Coordinate with Regional Director your marketing and sales activities to execute our overall strategy in South
• Understand and meet short- and long-term sales goals for your city
• Be overall responsible for daily sales activities related to your city, which includes but not limits to: building up new and keeping existing customer relationship to make sure you provide high quality customer service and support; maintain smooth internal cooperation, external business development to gain effective leads for sales; Through B to C sales to fulfill sales goals,  telemarketing; create and organize online and offline marketing events, running info-sessions and other sales and marketing events.

You have/are:

• An Undergraduate degree qualification or equivalent preferably in Business/Management/Marketing/Administration or other relevant. Education experience abroad is a plus.
• Minimum 3-5 years direct sales experience ideally gained while working within an aggressive sales office environment.
• Detailed insider knowledge of China. Native Chinese speaker with fluent oral and written English skills
• Entrepreneurial spirit, who thrives under high pressure and wants to work in an uncontrolled environment with very few restrictions
• A highly sales-oriented mindset, a customer-focused nature with built-in cultural awareness.
• Excellent communication, presentation and organizational skills
• Self-motivated; detail oriented; flexible; able to work under pressure
• Available for working evenings and weekends
• Available for travelling within the region
