               Store Operations: · Support the implementation of Retail Excellence. Continuously explore new areas of improvement. · Oversee all kinds of store expenses including store supplies, cleaning, interior maintenance etc. Strive to control operational cost. · Manage staff uniform applications and keep track of the budget and inventory.

· Being self-motivated as a team member and do considerable thinking to better support retail team by improving operation tools accordingly. · Partner with cross-function teams to ensure appropriate assortment of store supplies being delivered on time. · Assist retail operation management team to reimburse.   Data Analysis: · Regularly analyze store’s operational performance. Conduct analysis on store KPIs and individual targets’ setting. · Routine update retail report for management team and stores. · Optimize existing reporting system through coordinating with other functions.

  ·        Exhibit proficiency in computer programs used by the Company including: Word, Excel, PPT ·        Excellent communication and interpersonal skills ·        Ability to organize, prioritize and multitask effectively ·        Thrive in a fast paced on-time deliverable environment ·        Energetic, open, and forthcoming attitude ·        Work under pressure ·        Entrepreneurial; ability to drive forward with goals independently
