Mission:

Manager the sales team in the assigned region to promote Lincoln equipment, consumables and related accessories. Increase the sales and reach the budget.

Responsibilities:

·Manage the sales team to promote both Lincoln imported and domestic in the areas.

·Grow up the sales rep in the team to make them be capable with both technology and commence.

·Manage the distributors in the region to reach their sales target for Lincoln

·Work as a Team member with all of other sales teams in other areas.

·Learning more knowledge by reading Lincoln new product specification and technology introduction for both equipment and consumables.

·Promote the range of Lincoln Electric equipment and consumables worldwide, especially for Lincoln new technology products.

·Directly manage the sales in some very important customers

·Budget achievement

·Promote Lincoln's products

·Bond with distributors

·Bond with key end users

·Manage sales staff

Knowledge, Skills & Experience

·University degree in Welding Engineering, mechanical or related major

·5 years work experience on welding or related

·Good communication skills of oral and written English
