Role Title:
? Sales Project Manager
Reports to Role(s):
? Senior Area Manager
ROLE PURPOSE
? To grow the retail network in the market and manage the current dealers, provide the strong support in retail areas according to HANSGROHE's policy, achieve the yearly sales target.
ACCOUNTABILITIES
? To further grow sales network
? Responsible for sales management and network development within the region
? Establish and keep good relationship with area customers for win-win solution
? Provide support to local dealer on sales promotion, training
? Develop and implement business strategy to reach business objective in retail areas
? New area and dealer development
? Monthly sales and visit report
Knowledge:
? College degree
? Basic English skills both oral and written
Skills:
? Sales experience >3 years
? Familiar with retail channel, especially in sanitary or other durable goods field.
? Willingness to travel.
? Good communication skills
? Team spirit
