工作职责

• 指导和发展团队，营造一个通过鼓励和授权而使员工不断超越自我的环境
• 定期回顾并向员工提供客观反馈
• 监管销售流程、进度和结果，确保达到整体销售质量和销售目标
• 积极参与学校的市场营销活动和项目，给予建议、跟进行动并分析活动效果
• 成为变革发起人
• 高效、恰当地解决任何误解、挑战或差异
• 整合资源，抓住机会创造潜在客户
• 参与谈判；组织大规模集体展示

基本任职要求

• 大学本科学历
• 具备至少4年的销售工作经验，2年的管理经验
• 领导技能：指导团队成员，提供有效反馈，管理员工绩效
• 出色的沟通、谈判技能和解决问题、处理冲突的能力
• 市场营销技能：具备抓住销售机会创造潜在客户并达成团队指标的能力
• 英语熟练，有较强的商业敏感度
• 可以周末工作（休息日在周一至周五之间）

What exactly will you be
doing?

• Mentor and develop the team, nurturing an environment where employees
  can excel through encouragement and empowerment
• Provide review and give consistent objective feedback to the employees
• Monitor sales procedure, progress and results to ensure the overall quality and target are met
• Actively involved in the school’s marketing and sales events and projects by making suggestions, following up with actions and analyzing the effectiveness
• Be a change agent
• Efficiently and appropriately resolving any miscommunications, challenges or discrepancies
• Plan and execute to integrate resources and seize opportunities for lead
  generation
• Engage in negotiation and conduct large scale presentation

What are the basic
requirements?

• Leadership: you are able to coach team members, give effective feedback and manage staff performance
• Excellent communication, negotiation, problem-solving and conflict management skills
• Sales & Marketing: meeting team targets, planning and executing for leads generation and sales opportunities
• At least 4 years of work experience in sales field with 2 years of management experience
• Good command of English, strong business acumen
• University degree
• Ability to work on weekends (the off-days will be between Mon. to Fri.)
