1.Overseeing the full spectrum of accounts and finance functions including Tax, Accounting, Costing, AR, AP, Cash, Inventory, Insurance, Licenses, Reporting 
 
2 Accurate & timely submission and preparation of financial & management reports 
 
3 Assists Operation Director to prepare the company annual budgeting, controlling & analysis 
 
4 Formulate and implement accounting system, internal controls, policies and procedures. 
 
5 Interact with all levels across the organization, and portfolio include statutory reporting, tax, financial planning and analysis as well as ad hoc 
 
6 Overseeing the finance service provided the agency.

PROFESSIONAL REQUIREMENTS
● Bachelor degree or above, with a minimum of 5 years of experience in finance (at least 3 years of experience in a Finance Manager position) in an international company, relevant experience in fashion retail industry is preferred. 

● Familiar with ERP system, Oracle experience is a plus. 

● Solid understanding of China’s local accounting and tax rules 

● Good Microsoft skills. 

● Logical thinking & good efficency, acpability of working in an organized and systematic manner. 

● Ability to communicate confidently and effectively across different management levels and cultures. 

● Management , leadership and communication skills

 ● Ability to work under pressure 

● Proactive and problem solving attitude
