Main responsibility:

- Review corporate contract and analyze the  potential legal risks;

   审阅商务合同，分析相关法律风险；

- Draft and translate both Chinese and English  legal files;

  起草、翻译中英文法律文件；

- Responsible for corporate and contract files  management;

  负责合同的归档与管理;

- Conduct legal research for some legal  project;

   为特定法务项目进行法务调研；

- Maintain and update legal systems data;

  维护和更新法务系统数据；

- Other tasks assigned by line manager.

  直线经理安排的其它工作。

Requirement/Basic Qualifications:

- At least 2 years' legal working experience,  candidates with experience in MNC are preferred. Familiar with labor law and contract law

  至少2年法务经验，有外企工作经验者优，熟悉劳动法和合同法

- Bachelor and above degree, Law or related  majors;

  本科及以上学历，法律或相关类专业；

- Candidates with National Judicial candidates  are preferred;

  通过司法考试者优先;

- Skillful in using Micro Office, like Excel,  word, PPT.

  熟练应用各种办公软件，如Excel, word, PPT．　

- Good command of both written and spoken  English;

  良好的英文书面和口头沟通能力;
