This Position reports to the Vice President Commercial, APAC.

Responsibilities/duties：

• Business Development and marketing strategy with a focus on the Greater China region at profitable revenue growth.
• Develop high level customer relationships for Teleplan in close cooperation with VP Commercial, strategic leaders and other functional representatives of the organization.
• Collaborate with the bidding team and site operational teams to develop RFI/RFP responses, pricing proposals and business cases.
• Develop business cases (with the relevant Operations support) on targeted accounts in preparation for Teleplan’s executive level reviews and updates
• Identify, develop and maintain strategic alliances and partnerships with multiple venders and clients for Teleplan in close cooperation with the VP Commercial APAC and other functional representatives of the organization
• Create strong and long-term customer relationships with forward looking development plans by working with decision-makers and understanding prospective and customer’s key internal and external success drivers.
• Establish and pilot co-sourcing partnership initiatives aimed at growing the business.
• Facilitate cross-functional relationships across business units and regions to ensure profitability, efficiency, quality and compliance.
• Monitor and communicate the latest market and competitor intelligence and trends, to aid in fine-tuning Teleplan’s strategy
• Other duties as assigned

Education/Work Expericence

• Preferably Master’s Degree or equivalent in Business, Supply Chain, IT or job related field
• Strong customer relationships in the China after market
• Previous AMS (Aftermarket Services) experience is essential
• Proven and excellent presentation skills and able to represent Teleplan pubilcy in professional manner
• Must have the ability to bring immediate credibility to the function throughout his/her professional qualifications and leadership skills as well as project the highest level of interity
• Provides strategic leadership and direction – sets demanding & visionary goals for self the drive for results.
• Champions change by fostering a positive change management mind-set
