1、Location, Joint Venture and Project Management Systems are implemented in compliance with the requirements of the Worley Project Management Process (WPMP) and Enterprise Management System (EMS) consistent with specific location, regulatory and contractual requirements

2、Operate the SAI360 system

3、Personnel are suitably trained to access and apply EMS, WPMP and SAI360

4、Effectiveness of quality planning to ensure that process controls and prerequisite product and service verification and inspection arrangements are established for each proposal/project consistent with criticality, statutory and contractual obligations

5、Effective implementation and coordination of vendor assessment and inspection activities

6、Effective implementation of non-conformance, corrective action, and preventive action management processes

7、Establishment of an effective risk based audit programs. Perform quality audits that address ISO 9001 requirements including covering technical requirements of the engineering, procurement and construction aspects of project delivery

8、Effectiveness of project and location management review programs including collection analysis and reporting of Key Performance Measures aligned to the company mission and differentiators

9、Develop Location IP/IS Plan based on business information security and IP compliance requirement with management expectation

10、Establish Project IP Protection program and Plan according Project customer's IP Protection requirement

11、Responsible for the internal management of organizational sensitive data in China Location through corporate data classification scheme and related data protection methods

12、Conduct IP/IS Awareness training for the project team members and IP/IS Refresh Training on a regular basis

13、Conduct IT security audit to company and project IT system deployment regarding the server, application and network environment

任职要求：

1、Relevant Tertiary qualifications and typically 8+ years industry experience including extensive experience in Quality Management or related

2、Thorough understanding of the principles and practice of Quality Management and the implementation and improvement of management systems. Demonstrable capability in setting up and auditing to ISO 9001 compliant processes with a particular focus on engineering design and construction management

3、Good English skill on verbal, written and listen

4、Is able to communicate effectively and professionally in a range of situation with project team and quality team members

5、Ability to co ordinate projects and activities as required in a timely fashion

6、5 to 10 years experiences in Engineering and Manufacturing industry, involving in Information Technology and Information Security Management
