Execute sourcing strategy and business plan that fully meets the needs of our internal business partners with scouting, price/contract negotiation, PO management , system daily operation etc.

Define Internal needs, analyze market conditions and implement procurement strategies to assure supply and price competiveness and improve business partner satisfaction under company’s sourcing strategy and process.

Aggressively negotiate absolute best pricing, terms and conditions.

Maintain collaborative relationships with  suppliers and interiors, while effectively resolving supplier performance/capability issues to ensure alignment with Ariston direction.

Drive continuous improvement through trend reporting analysis and metrics management. Offer new innovative, entrepreneurial ideas, practices and processes that drive continuous improvement to Ariston Procurement

Identify and implement cost reduction.

Work with cross functional team closely to implement some regional and global projects.

May perform other duties and responsibilities as assigned.
