职位描述
1、负责写字楼/商场的空调、冷暖送风、排风系统设备的修为保养,冷冻机组运行,确保空调系统的正常运行；
2、负责写字楼/商场所有强电设施维修保养和清洁卫生,如电箱、电机、电灯、电缆、电梯等,强电工必须遵照电业安全规程,安全作业；
3、实施设备的换季检修、保养及系统转换运行。按照所测定的室外温度相对湿度,调节各空调区域的温度和湿度；
4、设备额系统故障时,要及时组织人力抢修,在最短的时间内恢复其使用功能；
5、每天详细记录系统设备在运行过程中的工作状态；
6、服从领导安排,包括班次调动,专业调整,完成上级交代的其他临时工作。
职位要求:
1、强电工须持有高压 / 低压证书；
2、空调工须持《制冷与空调作业》空调上岗证；
3、具有1年及以上写字楼/商场/小区物业相关工作经验的。
