职位描述
JOB PURPOSE
? Ensure continuous efficient performance of the branch in a harmonious environment, while at the same time ensuring that customers are handled in a manner that reflects the company’s aspiration for excellent quality service.
? Manager the team to achieve the sales target / find business solutions under Bollore/ALS strategy.
KEY JOB FUNCTIONS
Sales & Development Outside Sales
? Look for potential prospects and identify the suitable targets as per the company’s sales strategy
? Allocate suitable resources in order to maximize the return to the company.
? Apply suitable credit for the clients as per the company’s finance rules and strategy. Inside Sales
? Manage and direct customer service related functions and activities for specific clients.
? Motivate, train and develop customer service team to build up organization capability to handle all local activities both short term and long term.
? Pursue high customer satisfaction through truly understanding clients needs and deliver the best customer proposition.
Operation Optimization
? Act properly for the unexpected situation and emergencies.
? Working closely with the Management Team, ensure key targets for company growth, profitability are met by planning, directing, monitoring and controlling the company’s operations and the implementation of strategic changes.
? Responsible for the operation (both airfreight & sea-freight) efficiency of productivities. ? Motivate, train and develop operation team to perform in day- to-day operation.
? Closely monitor work process to ensure manpower and resources are evenly distributed.
? Maintain close relationship with Carriers, Airline and co-loaders.
Responsibility of the general office administration requirements
Human Resources Management (Team Management)
? Working closely with Management Team to ensure that an effective
? Organization is maintained in terms of structure, staffing level, workforce development and succession planning.
? Recruitment and dismissal in collaboration with MD and HR
? Performance assessment ? Remuneration review (salary & bonus) in collaboration with MD and HR
? Team building
? Conflicts management
Finance & Account
? Observe deadlines where such are given or generally required
? Assist the Accountant on queries, questions and problems as they become obvious
? Assist in collection of outstanding moneys (large amounts, old amounts, disputed amounts, or as requested by the Director)
? Reduce expenses wherever possible
? Ensure correct and prompt finalization of accounts requirements with customers, company’s overseas offices, agents and partners, and the collection of out standings.
Maintains ISO System daily operation, and ensure for ISO certification audit.
