Job Description

·？？？？？？ Build up and manage a team of AI trainers in the region Asia-Pacific, with focus on China and India

·？？？？？？ Bring awareness of Artificial Intelligence to people at Bosch and enable them to understand and apply AI methods

·？？？？？？ You understand the Chinese education market and innovate solutions to recruit trainers and sell trainings within Bosch

·？？？？？？ Your extensive experience in applying Machine Learning enables you to identify new talent for the trainer pool

·？？？？？？ You strive to improve training quality and maintain quality standards

Qualifications

·？？？？？？ Personality: Highly self-motivated, great communication and presentation skills, strong team player, inter-cultural and cross-domain proficiency

·？？？？？？ Experience: 1. Build up network inside Bosch. 2. Able to design the promotion campaign. (the content will be provided by BCAI global) , in-depth knowledge of machine learning, excellent networking skills

·？？？？？？ Languages: Native speaker of Mandarin, full professional proficiency in English

·？？？？？？ Education: Open to multiple education backgrounds. Ideally with existing links to Artificial Intelligence is preferred
