职位描述:

1.      负责无忧背调等产品项目的运营工作，包括需求收集、产品培训、数据监控与分析，并推进产品改进；
2.      根据销售和客户需求，提供相关售前解决方案，并负责产品方案介绍和咨询答疑；
3.      深入分析并解读业务数据，对各环节进行监控，发现存在的问题并协助制定相应的解决方案；
4.      根据需求进行产品调整，推动业务发展，及时了解一线销售团队动态，并形成反馈；
5.      及时了解市场业发展动态，寻找对接潜在供应商，推动业务扩展和升级。

职位要求:

1. 全日制本科及以上学历，3-5年工作经验；
2. 具备2年以上互联网产品运营和项目管理相关工作经验，善于对内和对外沟通；
3. 有一定的项目整体规划统筹能力，结合市场环境对业务团队目标导向有一定判断力；
4. 熟悉产品推广和包装方法，有数据分析能力，并能结合数据撰写提案；
5. 工作积极主动，乐于接受挑战，有强有力的执行能力和抗压能力；
6. 具备高度责任心，集体荣誉感和团队合作精神。
