？  Purpose of this job:

• It’s responsible for procurement activities across SBU of China, which is to oversee management of purchasing team to source all products/service on time and in accordance with business strategy & cost model.

？  Essential Duties & Responsibilities:

• Define main indirect procurement categories across SBU of China
• Identify and develop procurement process, policies and tools, execute and monitoring strategic sourcing in line with business objectives and goals
• Responsibility for the optimal allocation of the procurement volume & cost for the CPS (Customer Product Service) division’s sourcing activities.
• Introduction, establishment and continuous improvement of the supply chain including supplier qualification, selection, evaluation and development. Procurement market analysis and observation and identification of the resulting price and market trends.
• Lead various contract and supplier negotiations
• Manage day to day purchasing operations needs / supplier interactions and cooperate with other business lines on purchasing and supply related matters.
• Continuous tracking and reporting of purchasing performance and cost saving on the basis of the reporting structure and key figures.
• Risk monitoring and mitigation in relation to the procurement market.
• Contract management.
• Follow the internal quality system and HSE requirement.

 

？  Required Education & Experience:

• Bachelor degree in a relevant discipline required
• Minimum of 8 years of purchasing role in the relevant industry, or in a big-size framework in manufacturing industry
• Proven track record of success driving and delivering on cost saving and purchasing optimizing goal in a challenging business-to-business service environment
• Leadership qualities: influential, strong business ethics and good communication skill.
• Exceptional communication and negotiation skills, with the ability to communicate effectively with colleagues, partners, and customers. Ability to build networks.
• Experience in the successful implementation of projects in terms of time and cost budget.

Fluent in Chinese and English.
