Your contribution at AIG

• Oversees medium to high complex level projects

• Ensure all projects are delivered with high quality, on scope, on time and on budget

• Keep all projects on track escalating decisions to executive sponsors as necessary

• Responsible for overview requirements documentation

• Identify and secure resources including project team, vendors and consultants

• Serve as single point of contact for project level issues / questions / escalations

• Prepares and/or provides project reporting, metrics, scorecards, etc.

• Provide the support, maintenance and delivery of best practice IT Infrastructure which supports the business objectives of AIG China

• Assist in the daily infrastructure technical support and application troubleshooting

• Support disaster recovery activities

• Participates in corporate audits as and when such audit is required

• Contribute to the improvement of team processes

What we are looking for

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent in related field (IT, Computer Science, Engineering)

• Minimum of 6 years professional experience in IT infrastructure

  • At least 5 years of infrastructure experience from a large scale enterprise (1000+ users) within one of the following fields: System Integrator, Telecom, Datacenter hosting or Technology vendor (Storage, Servers, Network), Finance or insurance, Application Development, Cloud provider

• Solid knowledge of webservices, Unix, Windows, VMWare, SAN Storage, DB Server, Network, public cloud, etc.

• Hands on experience with technical support and troubleshooting is a plus

• Proven execution skills in an international company, working with diverse technical stakeholders

• Strong communication skills in English

• Proficiency in Microsoft Project, Excel, Word, PowerPoint and Visio.

• PMP and ITIL certification is an advantage
