主要职责：

1）文具及一些行政用品的采购；

2）负责员工入职资料收集；

3）维护员工个人档案和人力资源信息；

4）负责考勤报告，包括但不限于年假、病假、考勤记录等；

5）协助办理商业保险的登记和注销；

6）支持公司及员工的各项活动，如体检、年夜饭、outing、团队聚餐等员工活动；

7）负责办理签证、工作证、居住证等人事相关业务；

8）协助办理居住证、办公电器的操作和维护;确保办公环境的安全和整洁；

9）协助人事行政团队支持其他办公室日常运营工作；

10）支持人力资源项目的实施，如校园招聘、培训；

11）直线经理或管理层交办的其他任务和职责。

任职资格：

本科以上学历，人事行政类专业优先考虑。
