1. 部门行政事宜统筹：
- 及时更新维护部门公共文件;
- 收集信息，维护专业服务数据库;
- 年度专业服务大会统筹；
- 部门内部活动会议及培训的安排协调；
- 跨部门沟通;
- 部门内部其他行政事务；
2. 设备供应商管理与费用跟进：
- 配合采购部完成全国专业服务设备的年度采购流程；
- 全国设备采购合同归档整理；
- 年度专业服务设备费用计划与控制；
- 设备相关费用日常请款以及费用审批流程跟进;
3. 日常数据报表支持：
- 周期性专业服务报告(日/周/月/季度/年度等)；
- 改善现有报告，为团队提供更有效的数据支持;
4. 专业服务项目支持：
- 协调跟进专业服务项目进展；
- 为专业服务项目提供数据支持；
5. 保持与店铺的日常联系，协助处理专业服务的相关问题；
6. 其他部门领导交办的事务；
