Major Responsibilities
* Design & release Key modules like Gateway module (SDLC), BCM & Other Vehicle Control Electronics module;
* Work with Systems & all other commodities on Vehicle network for gateway functionality / Compatibility;
* Deliver Best in class modules for AP led programs on time with optimized cost & weight;
* Develop design to meet or exceed system & vehicle functional & attribute targets;
* Actively engage to provide and incorporate AP requirements in Global Module design;
* Perform D&R roles for affected program in the region. (Sourcing /Quality /Package /DV/ESO/Launch);
* Generate vehicle level design transmittals and co-ordinate all EDS impacts;
* Release drawings into the Ford system (2D and 3D drawings);
* Support on-time delivery of plant illustration drawings / workshop & customer user manuals;
* Lead & resolve functional & cross-functional issues affecting features & Functions;
* Define and deliver all DV test plans/matrix for systems sign off;
* Support manufacturing builds to drive issue resolution to closure;
* Support ongoing Cost & Quality actions as required;
* Other tasks and responsibilities assigned by line manager or the management.

Qualifications:
* Bachelor Degree in Electrical Engineering or Equivalent.
* Good communication and negotiation skills in both English and Chinese language;
* Highly proactive & able to demonstrate & inspire a 'can do' attitude;
* Good Team player and be able to see the big picture & has a strong drive to reach the right outcome for the business.
