Major Responsibilities:
* To use agile techniques to delivery small, incremental changes continuously while working with ESL Product Manager and Product Designer to ensure customer needs are being met;
* Performs exploratory testing to confirm application execution and to identify software deficiencies not covered by automated testing;
* To actively developing and refining ESL products that deliver business value.;
* Performs exploratory testing to confirm application execution and to identify software deficiencies not covered by automated testing;
* Reviews continuous integration build status and fixes build failures;
* Reviews ongoing production software operations and troubleshoots production issues;
* Implements tooling that monitors application performance metrics and automatically notifies team when a failure occurs in production;
* Active participant in all team agile ceremonies;
* Backlog Refinement/Iteration Planning;
* Stand-up;

Qualifications:
* Bachelor or Master Degree, computer science and software engineering etc relevant majors;
* Skillful in computer language, such as java, javascript and object-oriented languages;
* Good command of relational database technologies(SQL,schema design);
* Expertise in Linux and Windows programming;
* Good English for read and writing (the senior engineer should good oral English communication skill);
* Excellent communication skills and ability to collaborate in a multi-disciplinary team consisting of Software Engineers, Product Managers, and Product Designer;
* Drive for results;
* Commitment to quality;
* Cultural sensitivity, adaptability and approachability;
* Demonstrated CI/CD experience with tools like Jenkins, TeamCity and Octopus;
* Demonstrated Git experience;
* Extensive experience working with the Azure Platform including monitoring, alerting, and diagnostics, including Application Insights, Log Analytics, Network Monitoring, Service Health, and dashboards;
* Demonstrated automated testing experience with tools like Newman, Postman;
* Exposure to data structures, algorithms, highly concurrent programming, analysis of algorithm complexity is plus;
* At least 3 Years’experience in Java software development , experience in managing Linux based infrastructure is plus;
* Hands-on experience at least in one scripting language;
* Experience with PCF or similar cloud solution;
* Years of designing and shipping modern web applications;
* Experience in Agile methodologies is preferred.
