Major Responsibilities:

* Participate in formulating the company's business strategy, planning the company's technology development strategy, the planning of existing products and the strategic direction of new product research;

* Technical lead for functional safety engineering team;

* Provide technical service for functional safety related project;

* Support functional safety business development;

* Support proposal in RFI/RFQ;

* Provide internal functional safety training;

* Lead vehicle level functional safety requirement development and safety-oriented architecture design for solution and consulting projects;

* Lead ECU level functional safety implementation, including SW and HW oriented development for solution and consulting projects;

* Lead functional safety management process establishment and refine for solution and consulting projects;

* Lead external coaching and training to customers;

* Other tasks and responsibilities assigned by line manager or the management.

Qualifications:

* Bachelor or above on Engineering, preferably with specialization in Automotive Engineering, Computer Science or technical related areas; 

* Fluently in English;

* 3-5 years' working experience in E-mobility functional safety development;

* 5-8 years' working experience in automotive electronics development ;

* Well-founded experience in ISO26262 series of standards, specially analysis in vehicle level, item definition, HARA, FTA, FSC;

* Well-founded experience in E-Mobility functional safety, such as VCU/MCU/BMS etc;

* Good knowledge of sensors & ECU used in electric drivetrain system;

* Familiar with vehicle electronic system、network diagnosis、hardware & software development;

* Skillful in using MS Office Software, including Excel, Word and PPT;

* Good communication skills;

* Good documentation and presentation skills.
