Job Description:

? Responsible for timely & accurate month-end closing and reporting to HQ;

? Timely follow-up and resolving of BS reconciliation items and aging items;

? Prepare variance analysis report with commentary and PPT for presentation to HQ;

? Review project P&L and project status report together with the delivery team;

? Work closely with the business units for the preparation of monthly forecast, quarterly forecast and yearly budget;

? Liase with HQ on new reporting requirements, system roll-out/upgrade and ad-hoc request;

? Interface with external auditors to ensure that all statutory requirements are met and that tax returns are files in accordance with applicable laws and statutes;

? Assist in prompt review of cash flow status; work closely with the bank for the issuance of banker guarantee;

? Supervise a small team to create standard processes, controls and ensure all aligned to HQ processes and continuous improvement in business process effectiveness and efficiency;

? Participate in the financial evaluation of proposal

The Successful Applicant:

? University degree holder with professional accounting qualification preferred (e.g. CPA, ACCA)

? Minimum 8 years of professional experience in a multinational company, 3 years on management position.

? IT company working experience is much preferred.

? Strong communication skills in English and Chinese are essential

? Attention to details (especially in numbers), while demonstrating good business acumen as well

? High personal integrity and strong commitment to ethical behavior

? Self-motivated to learn new concepts and participate in new projects
