职位描述：

1. 负责公司社招产品管理系统的调研分析，用户体验设计，需求撰写规划、实施及产品的持续优化改进；
2. 能敏锐把握用户需求，提出产品设想和方案，撰写PRD文档、形成原型图；
3. 参与项目计划，能与UI设计、技术开发及测试团队进行良好的沟通协作，管理和把控项目进度，保证项目按时顺利上线；
4. 跟踪各渠道用户反馈，根据数据、业务及需求的变化，持续优化产品；

                    

    

任职要求：

1. 全日制本科或以上学历，3~5年以上互联网产品经验，其中1~2年以上主管经验；
2. 有完整的产品设计至上线经验，2B业务类产品背景优先；
3. 具备良好的书面表达能力、逻辑思维能力、产品（业务需求）分析能力与设计思路，能够独立从事产品规划和设计；
4. 熟练使用原型工具Axure、使用Visio或其他工具制作流程图，熟悉Word、Excel、PowerPoint等软件工具；
5. 互联网项目管理能力：良好的组织协调、沟通能力，推动跨团队合作、促使项目计划按时完成；
6. 有强烈的责任心及团队管理能力，使团队成员发展新的技能，并且在工作中成长。
