Job responsibility

· Support the application of global solution / product strategy in sync with wider portfolio strategy 支持全球解决方案/产品战略的应用，战略同步更广泛的投资组合

· Execute the overall solution process including interfaces to all areas of the business 需要策划完整的解决方案，覆盖业所有部门业务

· Conduct relevant legislation and standards analysis 进行相关的立法和标准分析

· Conduct relevant competitor analysis 分析行业相关竞争对手

· Provide input to product management 参与产品管理

· Develop Solution Specifications, value stories and use cases for relevant products for review 开发产品解决方案，价值故事和使用案例

· Support pricing and selling strategy definition tasks 支持定价和销售策略定义

· Define customer marketing and sales support information including RFI (Request For Information) / RFQ (Request For Quotation) 定义客户营销和销售支持信息，包括RFI-信息邀请书 / RFQ报价

Qualification

· Languages: Native language + English – fluent in speaking and writing. 英语沟通流利

· Must be able to understand and describe technical requirements of the workshop equipment needed to maintain transportation systems 能理解和描述维护运输系统所需的车间设备技术要求

· Ability to apply solution selling techniques. 能提供技术销售方案

· Ability to define solutions by combining Bosch products, 3rd part products, OEM systems and new developments. 能结合博世产品，第三方产品，整车厂系统和新产品来定义解决方案

· 3+ years of experience in the automotive industry 3年以上汽车行业经验

· 2+ years of experience with business/competitor/marketing analysis, business modeling 2年左右商务/营销分析/业务建模经验

· Ability to influence decision making processes and negotiate “win-win” situations 能够影响决策过程并协商“双赢”局面

· Strong communication skills 良好的沟通技巧

· Solid analytical and strategic thinking skills 扎实的分析和战略思维能力

· Process-oriented: at ease with introducing processes and drive change in an unstructured environment 能在非结构化环境中引入流程和推动变革

· Travel requirements: +25% 出差频率：25%
