Major Area of Responsibilities:

Planning and Control：

?To collect the market information and feedback for forecasting, budgeting and MRP process.

?To plan the sales force to fulfill the target of the order intake according to market situation

?To ensure the target of the order intake as planned by reviewing the status of operations and action plans.

Operation Management：

?To manage and administer daily operation of the strategic customer sales department.

?To manage regular sales activity by establishing and developing  strategic customer sales system.

?To ensure implementation of sales / quality systems policies and procedures through effective communication.

?To improve team work spirit by holding regular team meetings.

?Some working which assigned by new equipment business manager

Requirements:

 

Education Background:

College/university graduate major in mechanical / electrical with sales/business background;

 Skill, Proficiency: Capability of English (spoken and written); able to use MS office software package, knowledge of elevator & escalator, acute market sense, strong communication and teamwork skills;

 Experience: 2-3 years experience in related field with Min. 1year professional sales and management experience as a key role with a multinational company.

Others: Responsible, highly motivated, passionate and initiate, Persuasive, high level of integrity. College / University graduate major in electrical / mechanical engineering or equivalent;
