JOB RESPONSIBILITY

Check, Monitor Overseas AR situation and proactive feedback

Issue and send SOA to Overseas Clients, Chase payments by email and phone calls

AR Credit Note follow up in system upon approval

Weekly AR report preparation and circulation

Receipts booking and matching with related AR invoices

AR Contracts list update and maintenance

Fapiao printing on shift with local AR Accountant

Other jobs assigned by team leaders

REQUIREMENTS

Colleague degree or above with major in Finance and Accounting related

At least 3 years’ experience in similar position

Fluent in English both oral and written

Good skills in MS office especially advance function of EXCEL

Good communication skill with internal and external parties

Experience in freight forwarding and logistics industry would be a plus

Experience in Cargowise One system would be a plus

Can work under high pressure
