职位描述
Responsibility:
Act as L&D contact window to support business in people learning & development.
Analyze, deep dive and translate business challenges into training needs and keep good alignment with business strategy.
Act as learning consultant to offer learning solutions where necessary to satisfy business training needs.
Design annual training budget and control cost within fiscal year.
As owner of training contents management in the functions/ departments together with the subject matter experts or external vendor in course design & development and keep contents current always.
Source and select internal or external vendor & facilitators.
Ensure effectiveness and quality of training measures within Hella network on basis of indicators.
Monitor SSC Training implementation to ensure 100% compliance with learning process.
Develop and motivate internal part-time facilitators to elevate training delivery quality and completion.
Process owner to monitor Competency& skill management implementation.
Provide support in the talent review process together with HRBP.
As contact and owner to provide support in audit process from L&D’s perspective.
Qualification:
Bachelor degree or above.
5~8 years working experiences in learning and development areas in MNC especially in L&D strategy/ solutions, training design and development.
Experience to lead L&D projects independently will be a plus.
Knowledge on adult learning theories and methodologies.
Strong client focus, ability /experience to build up trust quickly and effectively and keep good collaboration with business
Good communication skills, flexibility in different context.
Ability to handle multiple tasks in parallel within given time.
