Manage 3PL daily operations to make sure the inbound and outbound process were smoothly.
Work with QA team for quality assurance and resolving quality issues
Acts as bridge between BSC and 3PL in supporting daily operations and customer requirements.
3PL KPI and issues management. Review KPI and issues with 3PL and identify the improvement opportunity.
Cost management. Tracking the operating related cost and identify the cost saving opportunities.
Inventory management and inventory cycle count tracking. And make sure inventory accuracy.
Proactively identifies 3PL resource plan and potential risk to resolve the risk.
Identifies and implements effective operation process to support the business.
