The member of HR team, responsible for all GDAI HR work, implement tasks which accord with GDAI HR targets.

Related to recruitment, C&B, training and others

Responsibility 责任
35% "Recruitment
Source, select and hire all temp workers and partial permanent staff
Handle the process of hiring and resignation
Monitor the update of JD"
15% "Training
Orientation for new employee
Make training record according to daju plant’s requirements"
20% "C&B
Collect and check monthly floating bonus
Manage things related to employees’ social insurance
Liaison with bank and distribute salary list
Check new employee’s salary and control the salary within the reasonable range "
30% "Others
Prepare monthly daju plant HR report
Safe keeping employees’ personal files
Key in the data of employees’ time attendance ( including OT and leave)
Conflict managemen
Assist handling employee industrial injury
Draw up and perfect rules and regulations base on the requirements of plant
