岗位职责：

1、负责所属团队日常管理和队伍建设，完成业务人员梯队建设；

2、帮助、指导下属成员通过项目推进的方式 ，完成人力资源外包业务的销售目标，并提高团队销售业绩；

3、协助业务人员进行内部各部门间的协调沟通工作。

任职要求：

1、本科及以上学历，有人力资源项目销售或同行销售经验；

2、有2-3年及以上销售管理工作经验优先；

3、学习能力突出，快速掌握人事外包业务及产品知识，能独立完成服务方案设计与撰写；

4、正直、诚恳、勤奋，有团队合作意识；

5、能熟练操作WINDOWS办公软件（Outlook、PPT、Excel等）；

6、善于沟通，能承受较强的销售压力，希望挑战高薪。
