Job Descriptions:

· Develop, disseminate and enhance cyber security knowledge of regulatory requirements within Citi China.

· Harmonize and coordinate the way regulatory questions and issues on cyber security, biometrics and data protection is resolved.

· Perform gap analysis against regulatory IS requirements

· Work with global, regional and country stakeholders to support the regulatory IS reviews/Surveys.

· Ensure all IS regulatory reviews are handled expediently.

· Prepare regular regulatory IS related report.

· Support businesses and ensure control readiness for the internal and external review or inspection.

· Implement & monitor corporate IS Policies / Programs in country in collaboration with the regional IS functions, with focus on the corporate Fast Track and High Focus IS programs.

· Monitor CAPs and remediation efforts in response to security events, assessment and audit results.

· Understand and implement requirements from other relevant Citigroup policies, legal and regulatory requirements that impact IS and Technology Risk Management.

· Demonstrate a comprehensive understanding of how areas of IS controls collectively integrate to contribute to achieving business goals (good industry knowledge is expected).

· Maintain up-to-date knowledge of the status of all IS programs and initiatives.

· Ensure that major regulatory IS requirements are communicated and embedded within local procedures, control activities and MCA completion.

· Build relationships with other sectors and O&T areas to promote the sharing of issues, best practice, increased cooperation and coordination.

· Managing reporting and metrics on timelines, completion progress, issue escalation and communication of initiatives. Acts as a single point of contact for all self-assessment questions/concerns.

Requirements

· Full time bachelor or above degree holder (Engineering or Computer Studies preferred).

· Strong understanding of regulatory landscape in Information Security.

· In depth knowledge of banking operations & processes, ideally across multiple geographies.

· Experience in either audit/consulting/analysis/ reporting.

· Strong collaborative and communication skills. Highly dependable team player with ongoing commitment to excellence.

· Organized, self-motivated and able to work independently with minimal supervision in a fast-paced environment and with tight schedules.

· Strong project management, information security, compliance skills and knowledge.

· Strong execution capability; Responsible and Reliable

· Excellent communication and interface skills in English and Chinese.

· Ability to operate in diverse environments and cultures.

· Held or working toward industrial certificate (CISSP, CISA, CISM, CBCP) is preferred.
