We are looking for a Recruiting specialist for a full-time position based in Beijing (Chaoyang). 

 Requirements: 

 - Chinese - native, English - fluent/advanced level  

 

Main Responsabilities :

Reporting to the HR Business Partner for AKKA China and in direct relationship with the top management of AKKA China, your job consists in managing the end-to-end recruitment process and in getting world-class profiles on board by building a pipeline of exceptional candidates:

 

- Implement strategic & innovative sourcing strategies to attract and select the best candidates available in the market (end-to-end recruitment),

  

- Assess candidates (mainly over the phone and occasionally face-to-face) to ensure qualification match, cultural fit and compatibility,

  

- Serve as a go-between for candidates and hiring managers,

  

- Facilitate or drive the negotiation process through to its completion,

  

- Support the onboarding process of the new recruits,

  

- Proactively run talent mapping at competition and other target companies for key roles,

  

- Assist the members of the team in all recruitment activities.

 

  

In the medium / long term and depending on your wish, this position is a gateway to a more HR generalist / specialist role.  

 

Profile :

- Bachelor degree or Master's degree, ideally in business management or HR

- Between 1 to 3 years of experience in a similar role (recruiting specialist, research analyst in a headhunting firm)

- Strong knowledge of sourcing platforms (ex. Linkedin, Zhilian, Liepin, 51 job, etc.)

- Demonstrated interest in the IT industry, automotive industry and / or aerospace industry

- Strong analytical skills and attention to detail

- Excellent oral and written communication skills

- Chinese - native, English - fluent/advanced level
