职位描述
岗位职责：
1、负责公司产品的销售及推广；
2、负责所辖区域内客户资源开发及维护；
3、负责行业市场及客户需求分析，制定年度销售规划，通过市场分析和开拓，发现目标客户并确定销售方案；
4、完成公司下达的年度销售任务.
任职要求：
1、本科及以上学历，临床、检验、生物技术、医学、化工等相关专业优先；
2、有测序、细胞、小鼠等外包服务或生物医药行业有销售经验，2年以上佳；
3、有独立的市场开拓能力，较强的语言表达与沟通能力；
4、有较强的学习能力和独立工作能力，团队意识强，有积极进取的精神及接受挑战的性格，为人正直开朗；
5、具有良好的客户服务意识，协调能力强，具备一定抗压能力；
薪资结构：高底薪+高提成+高绩效
