KEY JOB RESPONSIBILITIES/主要职责
Lead Wacker Greater China Operations Safety Team, to deal with all the Plant Operations safety issues, incl.:
? Ensuring compliance with legal and corporate requirements in operations safety field;
? Liaisoning with different safety authorities and obtaining permits for operational plants and new projects;
? Supervising the operational plant safety of ZJG site;
? Performing process safety analysis for the operational plants and new projects;
? Preparing and updating the safety procedures for operational plants;
? Maintaining emergency plans and conducting drills;
? Conducting safety trainings for operational plants;
? Supporting other operational sites, incl. NJG and SWC in operational safety filed;
REQUIRED QUALIFICATION/必备条件(education, language, expertise, functional competencies)
? Graduated from 3 years or above college, majored in chemical engineering, mechanical engineering, safety engineering or other related fields;
? More than 8 years working experiences in chemical or oil industries in positions of operations, engineering or EHSS;
? Good interpersonal and communication skills;
? Fluent in speaking and writing English.
