Job Title: Product Manager

Reporting to: VP China

Summary:

- Crucial role in product management and innovation circle, international team member;

- An interface and bridge of cross-functional cooperation & an excellent communicator;

- Knowledge of value chain / value net, quick learning, positive can-do attitude;

- Strong background in communications, electronic engineering, computer science or related disciplines, ideally over 5 years working experience in relevant industries / segments;

- Able to work independently and strong self-motivated, enjoying intimate and strong collaboration with manufacturing, sales and other supporting teams with professional attitude and skills.

Responsibility:

？ Support sales productivity and deal flow by securing the “technical fit” in complex solutions via product.

？ Responsible for achieving the combined expectations of the sales, resources, manufacturing, market and channel supported.

？ Define customers' needs in trend and key accounts’ “desires can-fulfill” by specifying the research needed to obtain market information with sales joint-effort

？ Recommends the nature and scope of present and future product lines by reviewing product specifications and requirements; appraising new product ideas and/or product or packaging changes with engineering team at local and worldwide

？ Drive the product management function, including product enhancement programs, new product introduction, portfolio management and inventory monitor

？ Formulate and implement sustainable pricing strategies and models for various key product categories

？ Assesses market competition by comparing the company's product to competitors' products

？ Obtains product market share by working with sales team to develop product sales strategies

？ Provides information for management by preparing short-term and long-term product estimation/review reports and analyses

？ Maintains professional and technical knowledge by participating educational workshops; reviewing professional publications; establishing personal networks; participating in professional societies

？ Providing client user assistance and training if needed by sales team

？ Developing network and systems documentation/proposal as necessary
