Job Description Mission: To support SFLL in standard Asset management processes focusing on vehicle mortgages in the south region of China.To comply with COF Asset Management policies, processes, guidelines and authorities. And responsible for the implementation of related process in Asset Management Guideline, and keep monitoring and it’s optimization.Responsible for mortgages registration / de-registration of vehicles and other leasing assets including trucks, buses, coaches, machine tools and real estate, especially in the south region of China.Identification and managing of service providers that can support in the mortgage process and increase the efficiency in SFLL.Support Asset Management Team of SFLL in upgrading AM department efficiency and performance by generating ideas, support and drive collaboration with key stakeholders and implement new processes.Evaluate new business opportunities in order to correctly identify equipment and recommend appropriate asset codes/ Asset related information/ price check, by using experience in the prioritized asset category CAT (Construction, Agriculture and Trucks).Build a firm knowledge of the equipment in the prioritized asset categories in order to support informed risk decisions. This is to be achieved through interaction with introducers, service providers, manufacturers, market research and knowledge sharing with colleagues across COF.Communicate and inform Head of Asset Management China regarding asset related challenges, changes on industry policy, technology, the second hand market and any potential risk in the portfolio.Advise, perform and/ or manage asset inspection when necessary for new business or existing accounts.Consistent, proactive collaboration and positive engagement with SFS, COF other countries, Siemens Sectors.Required Education/Skills/ExperienceA sound education qualification with a focus in a technical or economical based subject or acomparable practical knowledgeGood market knowledge on Trucks and Construction Engineering industries3~5 years’ experience in Finance and Leasing Industry. And more than 2 years of mortgage registration experience for different types of assets, especially for equipment mortgage in AIC, vehicle mortgage in Vehicle Management Authority, and real estate mortgage in responsible authoritySolid knowledge in Transportation and Construction Machinery industriesChina CPV, ASA, RICS or a comparable expert qualification appreciatedWillingness of frequent travelling within ChinaGood communication skills and strong ability to withstand the pressureDetail-orientedCapable of multi tasks managementAcceptable English skillsIntercultural sensitivity appreciated
