职位描述
To lead the commercial activity, taking responsibility of the sales and profitability objectives achievement for his/her customers. Customer voice in FICOSA, transmitting its necessities and expectations to the organization, helping to focus all the FICOSA organizational structures in customer service in order to provide the best response. 主导客户商务活动,担当各自负责客户的销售和利润完成目标。传达客户的需求和期望信息给所有的相关组织部门,帮助支持公司所有与客户需求服务相关的部门,以使公司能对客户作出最佳的回应方式。
Responsibilities:
Defining, proposing and achieving sales & profitability objectives and develop the necessary commercial activities to reach it, cooperating with the technical and R&D area as other organization areas.发展执行必要的商务活动以定义、计划并达到销售收益率目标。与技术研发等部门协作配合。
Carry out and present detailed proposals to the client, cooperating closely with project teams. 密切与项目小组沟通协作,执行并展现详细的计划方案给公司的客户。
Carry out offers presentations to the clients and reporting incidences to Sales Director. 向公司的客户作详细的陈述表达,并汇报给公司的地区销售总监。
As a member of the project team, reach the TC/TP (Total Cost, Total Profit) objectives. 作为支持项目小组的成员,完成达到总成本总利润目标。
Lead customer focus service, monitoring & supporting incidences resolution. 主导关注关键客户服务,追踪并支持有关影响范围的决议。
Know and transmit the customer Strategy & Contacts: investigate & predict the market evolution, advancing customers needs in order to be able to adapt to new tendencies. 了解并传达客户的战略及合同条款:在客户提出需求之前去研究调查并预测市场方案,以使得公司可以先期迎合新的市场需求。
Assure correct transmission customer needs & expectations to the organization, focus all the structures in customer service in order to provide the best response. 确保将正确的客户的需求和期望信息传述给公司的团队,关注所有关于客户的服务需求,以可以作出最佳的回应方式。
Report the key indicators/documents defined for its activity.汇报提供关于此些活动的关键指标和相关文档。

Requirements:
University degree in Engineering or Economics 工程或经济专业本科学历
3 years in similar position 至少三年相关岗位经验
English + French or German according to customer英语、法语或德语,依客户对象而定
Availability to travel. 可以出差
