职责描述：

1. Responsible for developing, executing and managing company strategy and action plan to achieve the production budget and engagement target; 

2. Maintain and develop business relationship with appointed brokers/industrial partner/major client and other related business partners

3. Identify prospects and major pipeline in particular state-owned enterprises (SOEs) and emerging industry client;

4. Initiate and organize events, seminars, trainings and other promotional activities for brokers and external partners in line with company direction;

5. Understand the company’s operation procedure and ensure the BD operation appropriately align with compliance;

6. Company channel portfolio and market analysis and update insurers and insurance brokers market info

7. Other duties as instructed by manager

任职要求：

1. University graduate at least with 5-8 years relevant  P&C Insurance (better broking) and/or Internet Insurance working experience

2. Experienced in servicing and dealing with major enterprises accounts/internet industry accounts will be preferred

3. Good interpersonal skill, teamwork player; 

4. High responsibility, resilience and self-driven

5. Passion on innovation, patience on delivery

6. Fluent in both spoken and written English, overseas business/project experience will be preferred

7. Knowledge and insight on new-style insurance and product innovation;

8. Overall view and communication skill for multiple contacts in complex project.
