JOB OBJECTIVES:


1.To translate the FFP technology (e.g. EC, SL, WG, WP, SC, CS) requirement into FFP plant engineering concept (e.g. mass balance, simple P&ID, simple isometric, simple process control algorithm).

2.To support the execution of the FFP project starting from construction until commissioning test.

3.To prepare project documentation (e.g. as build drawing).

4.Together with Tolling Manager, Site Manager, Regional FFP, APT/F to develop plant procedures (e.g. FMM).


MAIN RESPONSIBILITIES:


1.Know How Transfer

Coordinating know how transfer of FFP technology and Processes from APT/F and Regional FFP, work closely with manufacturing community in BASF China to develop plant procedures.



2.Planning & organizing

Plan and organize activities to execute project plan and give feedback to Project Manager and respective team on the critical issue.



3.Cost

Actively involved to monitor CAPEX & OPEX and providing brief report to Project Manager and site manager regularly.



4.Process

Involve in the plant construction and external permitting to ensure if the project implementation is in line with agreed design and timeline.



5.Organization

Actively involved in developing plant organization and recruitment process for key position.



6.EHS

1)Actively involved to monitor the safety of plant construction is in line with BASF requirement (e.g. Safety procedure & PPE).

2)Actively involved in the reporting process (e.g. near miss, accident if any).


REQUIREMENTS:


1. Education: Minimum Bachelor Degree in Chemical or Process Engineering

2. Experience: More than 5 years in Chemical industry as Engineering Manager, Production Manager or Technology Manager. Experience in Agrochemical industry and Plant construction project would be advantage

3. Technical & Professional Knowledge: experience with chemical process; SHE knowledge & Chinese SHE regulations, good skills in English for speaking, reading and writing.
