Objective of Job:

-      Build CAE models/assembly for Pedpro CAE analysis in LS-Dyna

-      Conduct the CAE analysis and issue resolution, meeting program milestones with quality

-      Interpret results & develop efficient countermeasures that are aligned with external teams

-      Development of design solutions to any issues identified in analysis.

-      Effectively communicate CAE results & design proposals to engineering & program teams

-      Track analytical test results to support Safety documentation

-      Correlate CAE models with physical test data, if available

 

Qualification:

General Skills

-      Engilish, be able to communicate in written and spoken English with Europe team

-      MS Office

 

Functionality Skills and Technical skills

-      Safety Attribute Team: Require weekly/daily reviews of safety work progress and issues status.  Provide information to attribute team to clearly determine attribute status.

-      Functional D&R Team:  Provide feedback on system/vehicle performance to teams.  Involve in issue resolution discussions and lead CAE studies for issue resolution.

-      PMT Management: Require weekly/daily report on number of safety related issues and progress.

 

Mgt and Leadership Skills

-      Good communication and presentation skills

-      Be able to make normal day by day technical decisions independently

-      Knowledge about the 'western' business style preferred

 

Experience and education

-      3~5 years of experiences

-      B.A. in engineering (Can get concession for excellent practical experience)
