Responsibilities:

1. Independently develop schedules for complex product lines using system tools and/or develop purchasing plans for internal and external finished good suppliers.
负责生产排产和原材料的购买计划.
2. Analyze plant capacity and manage product conversions and new product introductions independently. According to 12 month rolling production plan and real orders/contracts, work out monthly production schedule (MPS) .Responsible for monthly production rolling forecast, capacity rolling forecast.
分析工厂的生产能力,独立地管理新品引进 产品转换,平衡工厂的生产负载.根据12个月滚动的客户需求和实际的定单,制定主计划.负责滚动的能力预测和生产预测.
3. Responsible for minimizing inventory of raw materials, WIP and finished products to be sure to have enough materials for production.
使原材料,半成品,成品的库存最小化,同时还要确保生产.
4. Partner with finance to develop, monitor and change forecasts and establish service and inventory targets to meet operation objectives.
和财务部紧密合作,监控客户预测的变化,并及时反馈,以便满足年度库存的控制目标和工厂年度运作关键指标.
5. Keep relationship with Customers , monitoring customer's rolling forecast.
与客户多多沟通,监控客户的销售预测变化.
6. Give instruction to warehouse leader for inventory control.
对仓库领班的工作进行指导和反馈.
7. Strictly follow company's SOP on this position, check and give its feedback.
按照公司的SOP规程办事,检查并给予反馈
8. Primary liaison between customers, finance, business forecast, engineering, plants, etc. Work on projects assigned by senior management.
根据高级管理的安排工作，做好与客户，财务，销售部门，工厂工程方面的沟通。
9. Identify, measure and analyze potential opportunities within the supply chain.
评价和分析供应链潜在的机会。
10. Organize and lead warehouse team to carry out WH good performance to ensure effective operation of plant.
组织和管理仓库，确保仓库业绩和工厂的有效运营。
11. Responsible for all plant customs affairs and in charge of Customs Clerk supervise
负责所有进出口事宜。
12. Responsible for plant direct/indirect material purchasing within budget and supplier management.
负责工厂直接、间接原材料采购及供应商管理。
13. Ensure whole SC department compliance with National law / regulation and Baxter Business Practice Guidance.
确保整个供应链部门符合国家法律法规及百特行为准则。

Education and/or Experience:

1. Bachelor Degree and over
大学本科毕业及以上
2. 8-10 years experience in manufacturing supply chain
8～10年制造业供应链工作经验
3. Strong problem solving skills and negotiating skills.
较强的问题解决能力及谈判技巧。
4. Good skills in English, PC & Communication.
英语和计算机熟练，有很好的沟通技巧。
