工作职责Responsibilities:

1. Managing, supervising and coordinating the execution of industrial construction projects from Project Initiation to Project Planning, Project Delivery and Project Finalization.
2. Cooperation with local authorities, subcontractors and other expatriate professionals as well as Design Institutes, Supervision Institutes and Construction Companies
3. Cost-, Quality- and Time Management
4. Contract- and Claim Management
5. Reporting and documentation

工作要求Requirements:
以有室内外装潢设计背景优先考虑
1. Master degree or above in architecture or civil engineering
2. At least 4 years of work experience in comparable fields, preferably in the field of project management of industrial projects.
3. Excellent both oral and written English or German
4.. Chinese knowledge is of advantage
5. Structured way of working, strong sense of responsibility
6. Energetic, open-minded and able to motivate and work in teams
7. Good skills in computer and office software (MS Office, AutoCAD, MS Project)
8. Flexibility
