工作内容：

1. Answer and direct phone calls 接听公司来电

2. Organize and schedule meetings and appointments 负责会议预订和安排

3. Handle shipping and receiving 负责快递的收发

4. Produce and distribute correspondence memos, email, faxes and forms. 制作相关的信函及文件

5. Develop and maintain a filing system 公司文件的维护

6. Order office supplies 办公用品采购

7. Book travel arrangements 员工出差相关预订

8. Assist in the preparation of regularly accounting reports. 协助编制财务报表

9. Submit and reconcile expense reports 负责深圳分公司费用报表的核对

10. Provide general support to visitors  为来访者提供相关支持

职位要求：

1.Major in business administration, Accounting or Finance; over 3years relevant experience preferred.

管理类或会计类相关专业，3年以上工作经验

2. Strong Excel and database skills 较强的Excel数据处理能力

3. Strong analytical and problem solving skills 较强的分析和解决问题能力

4. Strong organizational skills 较强的组织能力

5. Team player and have ability to work independently 具有团队合作能力和独立工作能力
