Working Place：Dong Guan area , base at factory or at home

Working Hour: Mon-Fri, 9am to 6pm

JD：

? Independently conduct production QC inspections and factory audits.

? Work with Engineering team closely to facilitate manufacturing organization and product development.

? Monitor manufacturing facilities’ quality management.

? Develop internal quality control specifications and procedures and oversees its’ implementation at manufacturing facilities.

? Provide factory on-site support to Hong Kong’s Operations and Engineering team when required.

Requirements:

? Tertiary education or equivalent, in quality or engineering discipline.

? Minimum 6 years relevant quality management experience, preferably gained from infant/toys hardware related fields.

? Sound knowledge of international quality and safety standards and procedures.

? Experience in global premium products is preferred.

? Experience in textile/soft goods products is an advantage.

? Frequent travel within Dongguan region is required. Travel to other Mainland China regions may be required.

? Ability to travel to Hong Kong is an advantage.

? Well versed in PC applications, in particular MS Office i.e. Excel and Outlook.

? Self-motivated, well-organized and possess the ability to work independently.

? Strong problem solving and interpersonal skills. Attention to detail is a must.

? Mature, positive attitude and team player mindset.

? Excellent communication skills. Language requirements in both written and spoken.

Mandarin: essential

English: conversational, general emails and quality control reports.

Cantonese: an advantage
