Ericsson China PDU Baseband Customer Adaptation is looking for first line manager of System Management/L3 SW design/BB SW design teams on Ericsson LTE and 5G RAN products.

 

As line manager, the job is to secure Ericsson technology leadership and make sure we have competitive team working on right priority to fulfill our customers’ needs. As a Product Development Leader, you will teach, coach, challenge and develop individuals, teams and organizations. You will foster a creative and learning culture.

·     Drive WoW and flow optimization

 

 

Requirements:

·     B.Sc./M.Sc. in Computer Science, Communication, Electronic Engineering or related field.

·     Product development experience in System design, HW/FW design or embedded SW design.

·     Product development experience with telecommunication products.

·     Experience of leading high-performance product development teams.

·     Knowledge of wireless communication, 4G, 5G, vRAN.

·     Knowledge of SW lifecycle and SW design pattern such as Agile.

·     Business Understanding.

·     Leadership and Change Management experience.

·     Coaching & Mentoring Skills.

·     Effective interpersonal and communication skills.

·     Good at English in oral and written.
